DiGeronimo PC is developing a new downtown center in Aberdeen, New Jersey. As Master Planner and Architect of Record, DiGeronimo Architects’ Redevelopment Plan focuses on downtown areas adjacent to the rail station. The plan makes Aberdeen’s retail district a destination in its own right supporting the major transportation hub.

DiGeronimo s design accommodates both commuter traffic and anticipated retail traffic. The planned mixed-use development contains multiple buildings for offices, retail, hotel, and residential with a total of approximately 1 million square feet.

Representing cutting edge development programming, DiGeronimo Architects’ urban planning for Aberdeen is intended to serve as a model for other communities where intermodal transportation can spur positive local economic development.
